Nick Sortor is now reporting the plane involved in the crash has now been identified as American Airlines Flight 5342 from Wichita, KS, which was reportedly carrying 60 passengers.

He also reports:

MORE mass casualty units have just been called in.

According to Sorter, fatalities have been reported.

Charles A Downs has made its way to the airport. He is reporting that it was not a small plane, but instead, it was a “huge jet that went down.” He’s saying there are massive amounts of emergency vehicles.

Conservative personality Mario Nawfal shared a video and reports that the crash involved a small plane. He also is reporting that there are casualties.

Officer Lew posted a video of the actual crash in mid air.

According to Paul Szypula, the airplane and helicopter collided in the air and the airplane plummeted into the Potomac River “where massive casualties are reported.”
