French President Emmanuel Macron arrived at the White House on Monday for a bilateral meeting with Trump to discuss the Russia and Ukraine negotiations.

After a quick meeting in the Oval Office, President Trump and Emmanuel Macron held a joint presser at the White House.
At the conclusion of the joint presser, Trump practically dislocated Macron’s shoulder in a power play handshake.
