The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has announced the launch of a rogue “shadow government” dubbed the People’s Cabinet — a brazen attempt to sabotage President Donald Trump’s America First agenda.
The announcement comes on the heels of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s shocking call for a “shadow government” during a recent town hall in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where he openly advocated for what he called “alternate press conferences” to spin the public with Democrat-approved talking points.
Now, DNC Chair Ken Martin is taking that vision a step further, turning it into an official operation.
The so-called People’s Cabinet is being marketed as a group of “experts, leaders, and everyday Americans,” but in reality, it’s a coalition of washed-up leftist bureaucrats, failed politicians, and radical activists who are hellbent on blocking President Trump’s common-sense efforts to restore sanity to the country.
Martin shamelessly claimed this project will counter “lies” and bring “accurate information” to the American people. But Americans know better.
This is the same Democrat Party that spent years pushing the Russia collusion hoax, suppressing free speech online, and turning the media into its propaganda arm.
And now, they want us to trust a “shadow Cabinet” to tell us what’s real?
The creation of this alternative government is nothing short of political subversion.
While President Trump is working to secure elections, rebuild the economy, and protect America’s future, the Democrats are mobilizing their allies to confuse, distract, and destabilize.
Among the featured names in the People’s Cabinet are some of the most radical figures in the Democrat universe:
Robert Reich, a far-left economist and co-founder of a group that traffics in class warfare and fearmongering.
Mandela Barnes, who couldn’t win over voters in Wisconsin but is now being recycled to bash Trump’s policies on the national stage.
Heidi Heitkamp, a former senator who wants to lecture rural America after voters sent her packing.
Martin O’Malley, failed presidential hopeful, now reinvented as a “defender” of Social Security against imaginary threats.
And let’s not forget the DNC’s obsession with so-called “disinformation.”
Their plan includes round-the-clock “rapid response” to attack Trump’s policies, disrupt his messaging, and drown out conservative voices online — all under the guise of “truth.”
“I’ve been traveling across the country nonstop since I started this job, and what I hear over and over is that Americans want us to challenge Trump’s unimpeded lies, confront his reckless agenda, and offer a better alternative,” said DNC Chair Ken Martin.
“Trump has stacked his Cabinet with out-of-touch billionaires and know-nothing loyalists who are wreaking havoc on the lives of working people across this country, with total disregard for the harm they’re causing our families – from stripping away their health care coverage, to jacking up their costs at the grocery store, to putting the lives of service members at risk.
“The People’s Cabinet is made up of experts, leaders, and everyday Americans from across the country who will equip communities with the reliable, accurate information they need to fight back against the worst of the Trump and Republican agenda.”
