Program called ‘demeaning’ and ‘un-American’ and ‘serves no compelling government purpose.’
A special program set up in the state of Illinois to provide scholarships to aspiring teachers, to use for tuition, fees, commuter allowances, room and board, is under a new court challenge because of its racist foundation.
It excludes students if they are white.
It is the Pacific Legal Foundation that is pursuing a civil rights complaint on behalf of the American Alliance for Equal Rights, which is fighting the precedent of the Illinois Student Assistance Corporation.
“The Minority Teachers of Illinois Scholarship Program awards scholarships of up to $7,500 per year for tuition, fees, commuter allowances, and room and board for up to four academic years of full-time college enrollment. With Illinois facing a severe teacher shortage, the MTI Scholarship Program is designed to encourage qualified Illinoisans to join the teacher ranks,” Pacific Legal Foundation’s report explained.
“Students must meet residency, academic, and financial standards,” the legal team explained. But, it noted, the recipients are decided based on race.
“Illinois can offer assistance to young, aspiring teachers, but not when they exclude a significant number of applicants based on their skin color,” said PLF attorney Erin Wilcox. “The exclusion of non-minority applicants not only misses the mark on providing an equal opportunity for all future teachers, it violates the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.”
The racism actually dates back to 1992 when state lawmakers created the program.
“It’s purported aim was to alleviate a teacher shortage by recruiting minority students to pursue teaching careers at Pre-K through high school levels,” the report said.
But recipients are limited to students who are “African American/Black, Hispanic American, Asian American or Native American origin, or a qualified bilingual minority.”
The report said, “It’s wrong for the government to deny individuals access to government 0benefits on the basis of race. Moreover, it’s unconstitutional. The equal protection guarantee of the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment protects individuals from government discrimination due to arbitrary classifications like race. Excluding students from a state-funded scholarship program because of their race blatantly violates the Equal Protection Clause.”
The complaint in court explains, “The Scholarship Program’s statutory racial exclusion is embedded both in the application process and the qualification considerations for award. First, only minority students who have graduated from high school or have received a State of Illinois High School Diploma, maintained a cumulative grade point average of no less than 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and are enrolled or accepted on at least a half-time basis as an undergraduate or graduate student at an Illinois institution of higher education are eligible to apply for the Scholarship Program.”
And, it contends, “Eligible applicants must then satisfy the following requirements to receive a scholarship: (i) be a resident of the State and a citizen or permanent resident of the United States; (ii) be a minority student; (iii) as an eligible applicant, have made a timely application; (iv) be enrolled on at least a half-time basis at a qualified Illinois institution of higher learning to become a licensed teacher; (v) maintain a grade point average of no less than 2.5 on a 4.0 scale; and (vi) have continued to advance satisfactorily toward the attainment of a degree.”
The filing in court explains, “Under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, ‘[n]o State shall … deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.’ [E]very person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State …, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured ….”

Kennedy added that Donald and Melania Trump want to “Make America Healthy Again.”
Last week, Trump said that Kennedy will be working on “health and women’s health,” as well as the nation’s food supply, if he is elected.
“Robert F. Kennedy Jr. we have. And he’s going to work on health and women’s health and all of the different reasons, because we’re not really a wealthy or a healthy country,” Trump said during his rally in Nevada.
“I told Bobby, ‘I want you to take care of health, I want you to look at the food and the food supply and what we put on the food and all sorts of — you can look at, but let me handle the oil and gas, Bobby,’” Trump added.

While the British Monarchy is battling for its very survival in the modern world, two brotherly feuds keep draining the energy of the major players, and keep fueling the planetary curiosity for this family drama played at the highest stakes.
Less on the spotlight than the dispute between the heir Prince William and the ‘spare’ Prince Harry, a bitter struggle is underway between King Charles and his disgraced brother Andrew, whose reputation never recovered after repeated scandals involving his friendship with late pedophile sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
It arises that King Charles has officially cut off his brother Prince Andrew’s estimated $1.3 million a year allowance, according to a biography of the new king.
New York Post reported:
“In an updated version of his book, ‘Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story,’ author Robert Hardman claims the king’s relationship with his younger brother is at an all-time low, owing to Charles’ tightening of the royal purse strings.
Charles has instructed the Keeper of the Privy Purse, essentially the finance director for the monarchy, to eliminate Prince Andrew’s estimated $1.3 million (£1 million) a year personal allowance and stop paying for his seven-figure private security, according to Hardman’s book.”
That means that ‘the duke is no longer a financial burden on the King’, according to a Buckingham Palace insider.
“The turning of the financial screws follows Charles’ insistence that Andrew leave the 30-room estate known as Royal Lodge in Windsor. Andrew has thus far balked, refusing to leave and move into Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former UK home, Frogmore Cottage.”
Frogmore Cottage is significantly smaller than Royal Lodge, with ‘only’ five bedrooms. But the ‘most hated Royal’ isn’t accepting it.
“Following his disastrous 2019 interview with NewsNight in which he failed to apologize for his friendship with Epstein, the prince was forced to step down as a senior working member of the royal family. He was stripped of his patronages and military associations and barred from using the style of ‘HRH,’ His Royal Highness.”
Andrew says he has ‘an airtight long-term lease’ on the mansion, and reportedly told the king’s courtiers that ‘they have no right to evict him’.
The King may not be able to remove his brother out of his mansion, but he can – and did – deprive him of the allowance that Andrew needs for the upkeep of the property – not to mention the cost of ‘his security’.
Andrew claims to have ‘other sources of income’, but Palace sources doubt he does.
“’If he can find the money, then that is up to him, but if not, he will find that the king does not have unlimited patience’, one insider told Hardman.”

Kamala Harris interview with WISN
In a short blurb filled with hyperlinks and written in a large bold print, the Times editorial board wrote:
You already know Donald Trump. He is unfit to lead. Watch him. Listen to those who know him best. He tried to subvert an election and remains a threat to democracy. He helped overturn Roe, with terrible consequences. Mr. Trump’s corruption and lawlessness go beyond elections: It’s his whole ethos. He lies without limit. If he’s re-elected, the G.O.P. won’t restrain him. Mr. Trump will use the government to go after opponents. He will pursue a cruel policy of mass deportations. He will wreak havoc on the poor, the middle class and employers. Another Trump term will damage the climate, shatter alliances and strengthen autocrats. Americans should demand better. Vote.
Underneath the call to action, the paper boasted that its editorial board comprises highly informed journalists.
“The New York Times editorial board is a group of opinion journalists whose views are informed by expertise, research, debate and certain longstanding values. It is separate from the newsroom,” the note read.
The Washington Post declined to endorse a candidate, prompting 250,000 angry liberals to cancel their subscriptions.
As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, the New York Times website could be shut down on election day as the newspaper’s Tech Guild has threatened to go on strike.
The union sent a letter to the Board of Directors on Friday, warning that an agreement must be made by election day to avoid interruptions.

The Guild posted the letter to social media, accusing the Times representatives of demonstrating “an unwillingness at the table to be reasonable on key contract demands.”
The union demands job security, fair hours, wages and benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
“We want to reach an agreement and believe it is possible with a good faith management partner. We have made it clear that we need to reach an agreement before the election in order to avert a strike,” the letter states.
The letter warns that it will be a “painful and costly strike” if they do not get what they want.

In 2016 God did not abandon America.
Donald Trump won the presidency despite unbelievable odds. The American people were ready for a new direction
After his inauguration, on February 18, 2017, First Lady Melania Trump led an audience in Florida in the Lord’s Prayer.
The following day Father Giacomo Capoverdi shared a fascinating story about the Hermit of Loreto, a famous Catholic holy man who predicted the Donald Trump presidency back in the 1980s.
The Roman Catholic Man reported:
Father Giacomo Capoverdi shared a fascinating story of his encounter with the Hermit of Loreto (the author of the Pieta Prayer Book), at the site of the Holy House of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
In this video, Father Capoverdi shares an amazing premonition this Hermit of Loreto had all the way back in the 1980s about Donald J. Trump. Please watch as Father shares this incredible story.
In the 1980s the Hermit of Loreto donated a brick to be put in the Holy Door of the Vatican that said “Donald J. Trump” because he knew this man would bring America back to God.

But Donald Trump’s work is not done. And now, despite years of torment, of attempted assassinations, of devastating and humiliating lawfare attacks against him, Donald Trump is on the threshold of leading this great nation once again.
Today remember to pray for our country, for President Trump, for his family, for all of the political prisoners in America today. Pray for the Democrats who have turned their backs on God.
Never give up hope. God is always there.

Critical infrastructure in the U.S. is being threatened by the Communist Chinese government and many Americans are both oblivious and underprepared.
Check Points Software Technologies recently reported “a 75 percent increase in global cyber-attacks during the third quarter [of 2024], with a 15 percent rise from the previous quarter.” And in the U.S., Industrial Cyber points out alarmingly that “cyberattacks have risen by 56 percent year-over-year, with a weekly average of 1,300 attacks per organization, 10 percent higher than the previous quarter.” The area with the most attacks was the education and research sector.
While this is important, a surge in cyber-attacks against critical infrastructure has garnered the attention of many, including Craig Huey, an AI expert, political commentor and author of “The Great Deception,” which highlights various AI dangers. Huey spoke to WorldNetDaily about the threat to critical infrastructure, including the reported 30 percent increase in cyber attacks the last year. The primary target, Huey affirms, is the United States of America. According to Huey, the nation’s electric grid, oil pipelines and its water, transportation and banking systems, as well as its telecommunications network, are all at extreme risk.
Although countless “bad players” are involved, communist China tops the list, says Huey. FBI Director Christopher Wray agrees, expressing in April that the Chinese government is a “broad and unrelenting” threat to the U.S.
One of Huey’s primary concerns is China’s artificial intelligence advancement for military purposes. Without a need for human intervention, the People’s Liberation Army now uses AI for target recognition and guidance systems of weapons, as well as in its cyber-attack and cyber-defense software.
There are also concerns about the invasion of individual Americans’ privacy, Huey told WND, pointing out that “they’re accessing our texts, emails and voicemails, [as well as] our online and social media accounts.” Oftentimes, he added, “they’re also trying to create dissent and disruption in the United States.”
“Imagine losing your phone service through a major outage like a Verizon customer, or being a Bank America [customer] and waking up with a major outage in your account,” he said. “Imagine waking up and not having access to your phone service or internet, and not knowing when it can be restored, because these things can and will happen through cyber-attacks,” he warned.
There are endless examples of disruption and danger that can be caused through a cyber-attack, he shared. “People are not prepared physically, psychologically or emotionally for what could happen,” he said. Trying not to sound extreme, he added, people should have ample water, food and fuel “just in case.”
“But most people don’t recognize the threat,” Huey admitted. “It’s not something they want to talk about, so they often choose to ignore the issue.” Considering this, he pointed to the biblical Book of Colossians, chapters 1 and 2, warning of being deceived. “Don’t get your news from Facebook or TikTok like a huge segment of the population, thinking this will never affect you, because there are actually others in the world that are dedicated to destroying us, and cyber-attacks are one of the many ways it could happen,” he explained.
“And right now, watching the messaging from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the FBI,” he argued, “we are clearly under attack”.

Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (Credit: Gage Skidmore)
A federal judge appointed by Barack Obama ruled that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes must release records pertaining to over 1.2 million “inactive” voters on Arizona’s voter rolls.
The decision comes amid concerns that Arizona’s voter rolls may contain numerous inactive or ineligible registrations, that would impact the accuracy of the state’s voter database.
Judge Logan served 26 years in the Marine Corps and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal while stationed in Iraq.
Barack Obama nominated Judge Logan to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2013.
Judge Steven P. Logan
On Saturday, Judge Steven P. Logan ordered Secretary of State Adrian Fontes to turn over records regarding 1.2 million potentially ineligible voters listed as “inactive” on Arizona’s voter rolls.
The case was initiated by the 1789 Foundation, known as Citizen AG, a Florida nonprofit, along with Arizona resident Lindsey Graham. They filed a lawsuit arguing that Arizona’s voter rolls were not properly maintained and included up to 1.2 million inactive voters who had failed to respond to confirmation notices and did not vote in recent elections, a potential violation of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
On October 4, 2024, Citizen AG submitted a formal request for records, which the Secretary of State’s office initially denied, stating that “individual counties may have the information requested.”
In response, Citizen AG argued that this denial blocked their right to inspect public records on voter list maintenance, which they claimed frustrated their organizational mission of ensuring fair elections.
Following a November 1, 2024, hearing, U.S. District Judge Steven P. Logan granted Citizen AG’s request, ordering Fontes to release the records of inactive voters. However, Judge Logan allowed Fontes until December 2, 2024, to comply.
“Even if the 1.2 million statistic is true, this Court does not have the authority to issue an injunction ordering the Secretary to strike 1.2 million voters from the rolls on the eve of the election, given the NVRA’s 90-day provision,” according to the court ruling reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
“Neither Citizen AG nor Ms. Graham have established they have standing to bring this claim, as their arguments based on organizational standing and vote dilution are insufficient to satisfy the strictures of Article III. However, even if the Plaintiffs did have standing to bring this claim, it would once again fail on the grounds that it is, at this preliminary stage, wholly speculative,” it added.
Tucson.com reported:
Attorney Alexander Kolodin, who represents Citizen AG, said the ruling is still a victory.
He said once the records are produced — the judge gave Fontes until Dec. 2 to comply — that will give his client a chance to prove the merits of its assertion of poorly maintained voter rolls. And that, said Kolodin, could provide the basis for a future challenge to the rolls, even if that can’t occur until after next week’s election.
“We are pleased that the court ordered the records the secretary has been unlawfully withholding released so that Citizen AG will have the documents it needs to ensure that Arizona’s voter rolls are cleaned up,’’ he told Capitol Media Services.
But Kolodin, a Republican state representative from Scottsdale, also took a political swat at Fontes, a Democrat.
“It is obviously difficult to prove a claim when the secretary has been withholding just those records which reveal the depths of his incompetence and malfeasance,’’ he said.
A spokesman for Fontes would not comment on the ruling but said that the office would comply.

Harrison Ford/ Harris Campaign
The washed-up actor Harrison Ford has endorsed Kamala Harris for president, claiming she will protect freedom of speech and the “right to disagree” about major policy issues.
In a video released by the Harris campaign, the Star Wars and Indiana Jones star urged people to listen to individuals who turned against Donald Trump during his first term in office.
“When dozens of former members of the Trump administration are sounding alarms, saying, ‘For God’s sake, don’t do this again,’ you have to pay attention,” Ford said.
“They’re telling us something important. These aren’t soft people. They’re governors, generals, standing up against the leader of the party they spent their lives advocating for.”
Ford went on to claim that Harris would protect freedom of speech, whereas Trump merely wants “revenge” against those who have wronged him.
“The truth is this, Kamala Harris will protect your right to disagree with her about policies or ideas, and then, as we have done for centuries, we’ll debate them. We’ll work on them together, and we’ll move forward,” he continued.
“The other guy, he demands unquestioning loyalty, says he wants revenge. I’m Harrison Ford. I’ve got one vote — same as anyone else — and I’m going to use it to move forward. I’m going to vote for Kamala Harris.”
In a third video released in collaboration with the Kamala Harris-Tim Walz campaign, Harrison Ford noted that he doesn’t agree with them on every single policy, nor does he think they’re perfect, but “these two people believe in the rule of law” pic.twitter.com/1WivXNrpZi
— The Hollywood Reporter (@THR) November 2, 2024
While it may seem unlikely that his endorsement sways a single voter one way or the other, Ford joins the large chorus of Hollywood liberals complaining about the risks of the Trump presidency.
According to a report from Deadline, some Hollywood stars and executives are already preparing for the consequences of a second Trump presidency, where they wield far less social and political clout.
Meanwhile, others are seemingly bewildered as to why their weighty endorsements are not making much of a difference.
Among those to have endorsed Harris’s campaign include George Clooney, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, Taylor Swift, Beyonce and a raft of others.
According to the majority of election experts and polling, Trump holds a narrow advantage over Harris and has opened up a number of possible paths to victory.
With less than 48 hours until election day polls officially open, the stakes are truly higher than ever.

Glenn Greenwald recently appeared on the Jesse Watters show and talked about the liberal media’s fading influence and why their constant attacks on Trump are not working.
He suggests that this has been a process that has been getting worse for the media for years and that only now are they beginning to realize that it’s a major problem for them.
He also points out the fact that despite all of the media slurs against Trump, he is attracting voters from all walks of life, including minorities.

So very interesting that this is obviously an anonymous TV executive, Glenn, “A Trump victory means mainstream media is dead in its current form.” Is he right?
GLENN GREENWALD, JOURNALIST: I think he’s right to the extent that it has actually been true for eight years, ever since Trump descended the elevator, the primary narrative of the corporate media has been that Trump is a fascist, Trump is a racist, Trump is a fascist Hitler type figure.
And not only did he win in 2016, let’s say he tied in 2020, there is obviously half the country about to vote for him again. And not only half the country, but a huge number of non-White voters, as the media is saying that Trump is a White supremacist, a Hitlerian Nazi figure, have been vibrating from the Democratic Party over to Trump.
And so you can see in everything that the American people are doing that nothing the media says day after day after day about him has any real effect. The only bizarre part is that it is taking them only until now to realize that their relevance has been rapidly diminishing.
Watch the clip below:
